Thiago Pazinatto, a Brazilian entrepreneur, rose to prominence as one of the founders of Pacaembú, which has since become the second-largest company in its sector in Brazil. Currently, Sugoi Construtora has 27,000 units on approval and possesses a land bank valued at R$ 9.1 billion, representing over 60,000 units with launches planned for the coming years.

In 2016, Thiago Pazinatto took SUGOI to the next level by registering it with the CVM as a publicly traded company under category A, despite not having a public offering. This strategic move laid the groundwork for future growth and visibility. Fast forward to 2021, SUGOI's efforts bore fruit when it was recognized by the Financial Times as the 236th fastest-growing company in the Americas.
